Voting Question: How can I get young boys to want to travel?

My younger brothers, ages 13 and 9, do not like to travel. They would rather stay at home and play video games or football. How can I convince them to want to travel? I know they will enjoy almost any destination we could potentially travel to, for in the past, they have enjoyed vacations once we got there (the flight or drive to a destination makes them hostile). However, they absolutely refuse to go whenever the subject comes up. My parents and I are not trying to drag them to Europe where they would have to take tours of castles or museums. The trip suggestions we have include Disney World, cruises, and New York City, however, they say all of them sound "boring". My parents refuse to leave them at home with a babysitter for a week. So basically my question is, how can I convince young boys to want to travel?

This lodge is just 15 minutes from Park Rapids, but you feel as if you are in wilderness far away from it all. This area is beautiful with breathtaking scenery to be found in all seasons. The lodge has 17 cabins available for rental, the largest of which has five bedrooms and can hold 20 people. A number of the cabins were built as recently as 2002.

There are many different activities to choose from while staying here on Big Mantrap Lake, but the big draw is fishing. There are over 35 miles of shoreline, which makes angling and fly fishing attractive options. The area is also great for taking day hikes as it is thick with wildlife, giving it a very secluded feel.

Park Rapids offers a very good time and is full of different surprises. Finding vacation rentals for your vacation should not be much of a problem, but make sure to book ahead of time just in case.
