My wife an I are planning a week long vacation to the east coast and are trying to pick our primary destination. We have no children and are both in our lower 30's. We are budget conscious, but aren't afraid to splurge for something if it's really worth it. We are planning to towards the end of April.

My younger brothers, ages 13 and 9, do not like to travel. They would rather stay at home and play video games or football. How can I convince them to want to travel? I know they will enjoy almost any destination we could potentially travel to, for in the past, they have enjoyed vacations once we got there (the flight or drive to a destination makes them hostile). However, they absolutely refuse to go whenever the subject comes up. My parents and I are not trying to drag them to Europe where they would have to take tours of castles or museums. The trip suggestions we have include Disney World, cruises, and New York City, however, they say all of them sound "boring". My parents refuse to leave them at home with a babysitter for a week. So basically my question is, how can I convince young boys to want to travel?
